Thinking about all the other carriers out there, let the betting begin on who the next one will be. This is getting ridiculous!
 
Read on another thread Suncountry is furloughing 49 and others are parking planes and slowing if not stopping hiring/training.

I would be watching Frontier, SunCountry, AirTran, and JetBlue. I don't think they'll go under but they are going to take a big hit.

I'm not even remotely surprised at skybus. Some people like to play russian roulette with their jobs. The hype of stock options and the "what if's" can cover quite a bit of stench.

ATA went out because Fedex wouldn't reup the military contract....
 
Doesn't Southwest own I significant amount of stock in ATA? Maybe Southwest will get a great deal on some used 737s.

The Denver Post speculated that Frontier should be able to operate at this current level for one year, based on excess cash.
