I've been working on the app and have a few questions.

1. How do you break down the flight times? They don't give you alot of space to list aircraft types. Do you have to total each type or can you group some together?

2. What's the exact definition of transport jet (versus "other jet")? - probably a stupid question- just curious because i've only flown turboprops to this point.

3. I've got the app without knowing anyone at ATA. Does anyone know how likely it is that I can get an interview without an inside reference?

1. I listed the important equipment that I thought they'd look at then grouped the small stuff together like this:

Dash 8 - times
PA31-350 - times
T-34 - times
AAIA - times
Cessna SEL - times
Piper SEL - times

Kind of like the above, the dash, navajo, 34, and grumman were almost all of my commercial flying came from hence the equipment they are most interested in looking at ref. to my flying experiance. I'm not saying that this is correct or the best way just the way I did it.

2. "What's the exact definition of transport jet" - I could tell you but I'm scoped out of that knowledge, O wait, now I'm only scoped out of 50% of the jet knowledge so I can give you 50% of the answer - A transport jet is a jet that weighs over (Chris Beebe has edited out the last part to comply with the J4J scope provision)

3. I started by sending my stuff in cold turkey then had a friend walk my res in but the day he walked it in I got the app, so they sent the based on my cold turkey resume. As for the interview, well I guess we'll see.

Good luck - hope it helps
