ATA andForeign Pilots

Does anybody know what ATA's policy is on the hiring of foreign pilots?
Many Airlines don't say it, but wont invite any for an interview.
(By foreign pilots I mean permanent residents allowed to work in the US)

cant give you a definite answer but I have met some fellow pilots that are not US citizens.
