MDW is chicago midway ?

a couple nights ago dan rather, cbs news, showed an ATA 757 that had over run the runway in chicago.

a lot of regionals have the FO make the landings at the airline's home base, so maybe a new FO was flying.

Dude

If ATA is a regional, we must be the "locals" flying around in our 1900s..

I don't know of one airline that makes the FO's land at the home bases. In fact, most airlines encourage crews to alter their legs to gain experience landing at both the domicile and the out stations. After all, you want both crews to be experienced landing at special airports like CRW and ROA.
Any airline that follows the other procedure as mentioned would be irresponsible and dangerous.
