I was wondering how the guys over 60 are going to be brought back to the front. Not a problem for us, as we have no ropes, but I have heard that you guys have a ton. Not flaming, just a simple question.
 
Like R&W says, if a slot is there, they can bid it. I might add though they also have to wait behind anyone who has "bid rights" protection.

When the ruling came down, the ones who could bid back were happier than a pig in $hit. But as it stands now, it looks like they'll never get the chance. In light of current events here, I can see a few of them throwing in the towel.
