Is there a way to do an ASRS form online?
Any idea?

Ok, Got it. However, When you select the form I get a message that says the security certificate is not issued by a trusted certificate issuer and that submissions may be intercepted and then to close the page.
Would someone try the link and see what happens when you try to goto the electronic form and report back. I'm pretty sure that it's not my computer but I wonder.

I just clicked on the report link and I got the same certificate message, using Mozilla Firefox. However, click on "certificate" under "ERS resources" on the right side of the first page and it will tell you all about the certificate problems and ways to get rid of them. Good luck.
