Asiana's pilot uniforms!?

Just saw this picture and was somewhat stunned!

Don't mean to step on any toes, but whats up with Asiana's uniform?
I've never encountered Asiana pilots, so I haven't really noticed what they wear - I'm guessing the cargo guys were the same?

I didn't find anything stunning about the uniforms, but how about a jumpseater taking a flash photo on a night arrival? That's stunning.

Doesn't seem particularly out of line to me. Our uniform has sweater and sweater-vest options that we can wear. And in the cockpit, I'll wear whatever I want once I'm up out of view, of course. That may be what's going on here.

Of course, despite the caption, this may be a simulator, too!

I think ILS is referring to the shirt color. Tan isn't a predominant pilot uniform color.

Yup,,,, thats what they wear. What you really need to be concerned with is there catering. Can be a little over powering if you know what I mean.

Sorry, should have made it a bit more clear. The color is what looked quite odd to me.

The uniforms don't look particularly strange to me, but somebody ought to get those guys a couple of pillows to sit on. From that angle they look like they couldn't see over the glare shield. I suppose if they cranked their seats up too high they wouldn't be able to reach the rudder pedals. I'm not making a racial crack, it just struck me as weird.

Your brown isn't bad at all. Now if your shirts were UPS brown, well then I don't know.

When the airline first started we had a light tan-like color shirt for awhile, thankfully we subsequently switched to a regular white shirt.
