Does a letter of warning that results from a voluntary ASAP/NASA report have to be reported on an airline application?

Some apps do ask if you have "ever received a letter from the FAA"? Well that is technically true, but it is supposed to be 100% confidential if it was from ASAP.

Any ideas??

Disclose it and turn it into a lessons learned.

Sounds like you showed good judgement in filing a NASA report. I'd see it as proof of your dedication to professionalism regardless of the consequences and hire you without thinking twice.
