Not going anywhere, and it doesn't benefit the company to keep it up, so they're not the one paying the bill.

We'll be fine right up until DL takes more 700's and our 900's and gives them to go jet for their reward of whoring themselves out........then we're done.

After we facilitate the first class install, wifi, repaint, etc... Then DL will hand them over to HoJet to lower the bar for everyone else.

TSA, why can't you keep your trash out of my backyard?

I think DL can do what ever they want with them.

HEY...I FOUND THE NEW LINK!!!!!!!

Surejetcontract.com

www.asacontract.com worked for me.

I can't believe this. The link above said 2007 contract. ASA pilots, is this correct? Your contract was signed in the year 2007?

The same contract that gives you: 100% deadhead (something the new PinnaColaba did not get in our 2011 contract), a retirement match from years 0-6 that is higher than PinnaColaba's 2011 contract, my current year PinnaColaba 2010 payrate LOWER than the payrate in ASA's contract, 12 days off for a lineholder in a 31-day month, while we get 11, wow, wow! The PinnaColaba 2011 contract barely meets the majority of what is the 2007 ASA contract, and in many fields your 2007 contract is actually superior!

hey you voted it in though huh

Let me give you a quick reality check at our airline. I was working under a 1999 agreement, amendable in 2005. We had a TA pass for vote in 2009, but it was turned down. Once that happened, the NMB saw us as the greedy ones for turning down a reasonable new contract in an economic recession. The NMB put us on ice, with no chance of release, no cooling off period, and definitely no strike. Now, with PinnaColaba, we had another offer. I had a chance of accepting this deal or continue working under the 1999 agreement. No RJ FO should start out at 20.73/hr but that is we had per our '99 agreement. The new PinnaColaba contract is better overall than the 1999 agreement, although sadly quite a few helpful things of the '99 contract are now gone for worse language in the new contract.

2007 is the correct year and we had 100% deadhead pay at least one contract prior to that.

The irony is that most of the downward pressure on our contract comes from fellow ALPA carriers....not the "evil" Skywest that the ALPA chest thumpers constantly whine about. Carriers like PinnaColaba and others have a worse contract and less longevity.

That said, we do have the biggest whiners in the industry....

On OurAsa, look on the left side Headers... Scroll down to Labor Relations.... That's the new location. Looks brand spankin' new.
