ASA PBS nap credit

Do anyone knows how the PBS credit works now?
FLICA shows 94.05 hrs credit with CDO adjustment, and 74.55 without CDO adjustment.

How much am I going to get credited in this case?
Am I still getting paid guarantee or do I get paid 94.05 hr.

What's the deal here? Have not done naps in a long long time.
