If you go to http://www.skywestpilot.com/interview/pay.html and take about 97-98% of the values given there, that would give you a pretty good idea of the scale at ASA through 15 years.

If you want the best pay in the Industry go with Comair or Whiskey.

I would say Horizon but it will take you forever to see captain pay. ACA is in line with Comair and Whiskey but they don't have a retirement aircraft like the CRJ 700 or the BAe 146.

Hopefully ASA will get a decent contract at least in line with Comair. But remember, Comair goes up for another contract in 05 only a little more than 2 years away. If the Industry looks better than today (which I would bet money on) than they should get a lot more improvements.

Just my 2 cents.

Right...and seeing how it only took 4 years for Comair to get this contact things should really come together sometime in 2009!

As for ASA, it may not be the best pay right now, but Comair's new contract is just a little better than our current contact. Hopefully our contract will not drag out forever, but I don't see our pilot group voting on a sub-par contract since we all know that we will be stuck here for a loooonnnnggggg time! IMHO
