Law School.

LMAO.

No matter where you go its a crap shoot. What may look great today may not tomorrow ( ACA aka. indy air). ASA is in contract negotions and here at Comair we just had war declared on us by the appointment of Freddy.

I agree with ACE. Its a gamble these days and you never know what tomorrow will bring. ( I am a Indy furloughee and never would've of thought 1 year ago.) I had the choice to go to ASA but turned it down for 135 PIC job. Dumb luck I guess.

Doesn't "Niet" = No in Russian?

Bye Bye--General Lee

just curious, but why do you think the appointment of Freddy was a declaration of war on CMR?

Careful with da sauce there Pedro.........

I agree with the CHQ option. And if that doesn't work for you than XJT. but stay away from any wholly owned places, that goes for all of the wholly owned out side of Delta too.

What are your opinions if you had to choose between the two? Where to go, where to go?

Neither, I would rather go drive a garbage truck.

On a serious note, I would go for any part of aviation other than these two. If there is no other options I would seriously consider getting out of the aviation biz and pursuing something else.

Go to an airline that has respect for itself and is willing to stand up for itself...I think both Comair and ASA are good choices as far as airlines...quility of life may be a different story because of the time that will be spent on reserve...there are also other good options out there...

ACE give the guy a shot before you shoot Fred down..if I had to guess your a fairly senior guy who isn't willing to give anything..which is fine,...its you personal opinion...but you sound alot like all those Captains I fly with who don't have anything to lose if Comair doesn't grow so they don't care about growth or upgrades or getting off reserve...and also preach about conspiracy theories and how every one is out to get them..the guy has been here less than 2 weeks..Comair IS NOT making money hand over fist like in the late 90's...the strike is over , its time to work together a bit more..

You crack me up.

If you go with comair, be ready to swim in the pool for a LONG TIME! I got the congrats letter in JUNE and am still waiting on a class. I was called in DEC and told to expect a JAN or FEB class and have just about given up hope that they will have any classes for a while. Anybody here anything new?
