Where kind I purchase one? How much? and is there any place to try them on to get the right size? Thanks

Talk to the CPO secrateries...they will have the info. Every October the Perrone Leather guys come in the crew lounge with different size coats to try on/order. Go for the Perrone, it's much nicer than the other piece of crap

Well, mine always left black marks on my collar so they are not getting that great of a jacket!

My black marks only show up after wearing the shoulder harnesses. I wear my jacket to commute and often wear it for hours prior to flight, yet the black marks only show up after wearing the shoulder harnesses. I watched a mechanic lube a sticky seat by spraying LPS from about 6" away from the upright sliders and get 1/2 of the lube all over the shoulder harness retraction unit.
