ASA interview

Has anyone else been called for an interview with ASA? I had the phone interview, sent in the application pack, and now have a formal interview the end of March. All has happened in less than a months tota time. Anyone already interview or know what the interview consists of? What sim do they use? First day is the sim and second day is the interview. That was the only information given. Waiting for travel packet.

Not too many commuters doing trips like OAK--DFW--DCA, or SNA--DFW--CVG--DFW.

Someone needs to go home and do some homework before posting on flightinfo.

ASA/CMR have come a loooooonnngg way from only having E120's doing 70nm hops.

As for experience, you would be hard pressed to find a more solid or experienced pilot group.

I had 4800 hrs when hired at ASA, and was middle of the road in my class in total time. That was 17 months ago. Current competitive mins here are 4000 TT, 1000 ME and 121 time.

Sent in resume on Tuesday w/ a LOR phone interview today. They wanted to make sure my address and phone number was good and told me to get a passport. Everything seemed to go ok.

Was called a week later for an interview in three weeks

I had the same thing but no call about the interview. Its bee a week or so since I sent in the app.

She overnighted the app two days after she received it and was called the next day for an interview. I was wondering how long it takes to hear anything about a job offer or rejection after the interview. Thanks and take care.
