Could someone post what the insurance benifits are at ASA. What does the medical cost for a family per month. Is there dental and eye? thanks for your info.

Employee only....$20 a mo.
Employee + 1 ......$90 a mo.
Employee + 2 or more.......$120 a mo.

The Dental is included in the Medical Insurance (United Healthcare) cost shown above. Vision (Spectera) is $5.90 per month extra. Loss of license insurance is $2.50 per month. We also have Life Insurance, 401K, and a Flexable Spending Account.
