We use flica for bidding, Sked+ for viewing non-existent open time and denial of all swaps for no good reason.

SKYW Airline uses AOS/POS for bidding, it gives the company the ability to cornhole via CNs and mystic awards. The denial of all swaps, and any other Skyd- processes is offset by the judicious use of Platinum Days and SSDs. Platinum Days are for when you roll over and decide, naaa I aint goin to the salt mine today, and SSDs are Scheduled Sick Days, those are the days when the "award" is announced, you look at it and decide, that certain specific days will be sick calls and are planned in advance.
