Ship 914EV. Jumpseater up front who helped with evacuation. Engine blew as takeoff power was set, not on taxi out as media is reporting.

Capt has been there since 2002, FO over 2 years and FA over 6 years.
Rumor has it that the Captain's golf clubs were saved as well. :D

Usually the Captain goes down with the ship but in this case he was the first one off (trampled the old lady in row 1 in the process) and was last seen streaking away from the airport with a golf bag over his shoulder, babbling like Rain Man.
