Thank you Brad for the extra $500. I appreciate it.

Curious, why did Brad "give" you an extra $500?

He improved our performance plus bonus formula from what had been negotiated in our new contract.

What is that formula?
Z x A4 + C17= beer and hookers, who cares, 4 tits are better than looking at JO's face in the crew lounge!
PBR

He didn't "give" it, we "earned" it.

He "gave" us the leadership and some tools for us all to "earn" this. If he didn't have the current mgmt, we'd probably be the way of freedom. When was the last time you saw leadership of any kind from the GO?

We never had it before Skywest....not with ASA or DAL......Skywest believes in actually making the employees part of the success...and it works....

Skywest did unilaterally improve the formula to put more money in our pockets....

In addition, Skywest made the first real improvements in the operation to make these performance numbers possible.....Both the employees and management get kudos.....

Section 301.. Reds game 8.8.08. I bought my crew their tickets to get into the Reds game tonight.

We had a great time and I will never regret spending that money on them as we all work hard at ASA and I am happy that I can say that.
I got a pretty good amount and we had a great time tonight.

Hear, hear! Sounds like you are a good captain. Also, I'll bet that the crew worked better together the next day. (Once the hangover dissipated, that is... )

That's downright cool. Well played.

I used a little bit of mine to contribute to the Australian economy...

Why do they take out for medical insurance on the bonus check? Isn't that a set amount each month?
