I'm looking into starting a message board for Army FW Aviators (other branches are welcomed). The purpose of the mesaage board is to share information, educate, and promote professionalism within our ranks.

Some of the sub-sections that I am considering:
Of course a General Message Board for sharing non-secure information and general chatter, FW Aerodynamics (Army's is very poor), airplane performance (again Army's is very poor), perhaps sub-sections for the C-12, C23, UC-35, DHC-7, and Gulfstream series airplanes, jobs sub-section (military and civil), and of course an ASO sub-section.

Anyone interested in participating, let me know with a post here, and give recommendations of what you would like to see on the message board.

There will be rules, of course. It will be free of charge to join. I will pay for the site, but you may contribute, voluntarily. There will be no personal attacks with posts. No information will be posted that may be considered sensitive to security. All other aviators and pilots from other branches are welcome to participate. This will not exclude anyone wanting to share or learn.

The site that I have applied for is AFWA.org, but is not running, yet. I will post when it is approved, and if there is enough interest for me to shell out the money for the start-up.

Post here if interested.

I now own www.afwaa.org (Army Fixed Wing Aviation Association). I hope to have it up and running within a couple of weeks, although I am very busy right now and could possibly take more time.
