Job Description
ARINC's Fort Worth office is looking for someone to join our team as a Life Support Lead. In this role you would provide guidance to other in the functions supporting multiple F-5 A/B fighter aircraft Life Support section. This will support several instructor pilots, and an average Daily Student Load (ASDL) of 20 students and serviceable equipment to accommodate (50-60) personnel. The candidate will also be the flight equipment custodian. Life Support personnel will handle all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual life support maintenance and inspections for: helmets, O2 Masks, Anti-G Suits, BA-22/25 Personal Parachutes, F-5 Survival Kits and all associated LS equipment & testers. Additionally they will perform all flight line tasks on egress systems and maintain all personal and aircraft parachute systems. Life support technicians will also perform all required instruction on equipment use, survival techniques, hanging harness etc. to aircrews, other egress specialists and VIPs etc. as deemed necessary to support flight operations.

Qualifications
All candidates will have 7+ years of experience in fighter aircraft personal life support and egress systems. Candidate will have progressive experience in project management skills, supervision skills, planning, scheduling, and executing all related maintenance, logistics, and pyrotechnic activities to support multiple aircraft flying training unit.
