Ari-ben

I was checking out Ari-ben's web site for jobs available, and came across a line that read the following:
"all of our instructors have gone through one of our courses"

Has anyone out there worked for Ari-ben without going through one of their courses?

I work at Ari-Ben Aviator right now. I'm actually about to leave to finnish college. Wish I didn't have to leave, but I need a degree. Anyway to meet insurance you need to have 200 multi to work there, to teach in the Duchess. They have hired instructors from outside but its highly unusual. In the year and a half I've been here I've seen one instructor from outside the school get hired. Great place to work, heeps of multi time awesome group of instructors too.
