Has anyone ever heard of Ari-Ben in Fort Pierce? They have ads in pretty much every mag. Just wondering if anyone has gone there and can give feed back. I am looking to build Multi time they offer 100 hours for $6,495.00 in a duchess.

I haven't been there but my old instructor has.. he went there in January for their 100hr multi time building program and he's actually going back tomorrow for 3 weeks to build an additional 150hrs.

I hear their Duchesses are ok, nothing special, and most of your time building will be done at night (he's flying 4pm to midnight every night). According to him, they'll make sure you're scheduled in the plane, and you can get the hours pretty quickly, as long as you can fly your butt off for a week or two straight.

The only issue (maybe a non-issue) is that you can't really go too far, as you have to have the plane back prior to the next day (I guess they use them during the day for training, and timebuilding at night).

do a search on the forum. you'll find lots of good stuff. if you want, I can PM you some things that others have sent me about ari-ben.

another place to check out is www.jetcareers.com, in their forum section they have an entire section devoted to just ari-ben questions and answers. grab a cold one if you have a few hours and browse there.
