Anyone know what happened to the APTAP website? In the past you could log in as a guest, now there is no way to log in unless you are registered. There is no way to register. So unless you registered in the past, you (for now?) are out of luck?

They had an big problem with spam and had to lock it up. I have no idea what the future plans are.
