April 7th class social outing

First a question and then a proposal:

When/where will we be meeting for beverages? Sunday night or is that a Monday night tradition?

Would anyone like to get together while we're there with our signifacnt others and go see "the view from the top"?

My wife and I are game for a sunday evening of jocularity, stories of daring do, and general knees up. Hopefully we'll all be in the same hotel. Yet to confirm it. 1737 sounds like a good kick off time. 7:37 is a bit late why waste valuable time.

I just gave my two weeks notice to my employer yesterday, pretty scary.....

thinking about driving out to DAL....Anybody else driving?


I figure it is about a 36 hour trip...and to not have a car for six weeks is tough......

I have a good friend who went to see View from the Top and he said it was so bad that he was embarassed to tell anybody he went to see it.

If you can do it, drive. Having a car is a big plus, you are not at the mercy of the hotel bus and you'll have enough free time to wish you had some wheels.

Sorry I'll miss y'all at the party, but I hope to be IOEing.
