Approaches into LTIA, Tirana Albania

anyone have any approach plates for here, or know where they're available online?

I figured i'd ask here, since you guys probbably do the most int'l flying, at least to random places like this, than any of the other forums.

Jeppesen for LATI says 2 VOR-DME approaches (MDH 401' & 474') and 2 NDBs (MDH 491').
