I have a question regarding Angle of Attack.

Will the critical AOA be different for low airspeed verse high airspeed?

Example-My Angle of Attack meter shows 18degrees when I stall at 90knots verse 14 degrees at 180knots.

I have never flown with an angle of attack meter.

No, critical angle of attack remains constant regardless of changes in airspeed, bank angle, pitch attitude or weight. Flaps are about the only thing you can change that will affect your critical AOA.

You know the cool thing about AOA indicators? They will work at ANY airspeed, weights, temps, and altitudes. They will show you what the wing is doing. In many ways they are better then the airspeed indicator. But to answer your question, the critical AOA is the same regardless of airspeed. Remember a wing is able to stall at ANY airpeed or ATTITUDE. (IE straight up or straight down)
hope that helps.

If one flys at the outer edge of the envelope you really need to learn to fly your AOA indicator. You will be amazed what you will learn about yourself and your machine. AOA's are one of the reasons "trash haulers" have so much fun.
