Great school, great equipment, and very good instructors. Kissimmee is an excellent airport to train at, class D, but not that busy. Also, practice areas are a quick hop away from airport.
I'm a CFI there on my way out, spend two years instructing there. Just got offered a job at a regional. What are you working on? They can do all the ratings.
Well I have not started yet but I called them today and I plan on visiting tomorrow....I'm currently running away from DCA....they seem to want to skin the hide off everyone. Question..How are they with financing??? do they control your finances or do you?
I was reading on their "about us" page and it says that their training syllabus is FAA approved for used with 61 and 141 training courses.....So if it is not 141 is it 61??
Also does it matter if you are trained under 141 or 61 to the airlines??? what exactly does it mean?
Ratings are ratings right?
Great Place! Got my CFI there. What they write on the website is what is demonstrated at the school. Money is dealt with properly. Never a question. The owner, Steve, is very serious. That is the way it should be.
Questions are always answered. Hotels are inexpensive near the airport. The (cheapest) one the school uses could use a little help. They pick you up and drop you off. However, they have bike you can use for free (with deposit). ALL the instructors I met were professional and knowledgeable. They also know how to make the experience enjoyable even though you are, and should be, working very hard. I recommend the school highly! I am not an employee!
