Try Brentco, I think they are based in Durango, CO. A guy I used to fly with was flying for them last I talked to him, and he had good things to say about them. Can't find their number right now, but it should be listed. You might also check out Sky Patrol Aviation as well. According to their website they hire some low timers. Their phone # is 888-707-2359. http://www.skypatrol.com is their site. They have a district that covers a bunch of Colorado. Let me give you a small bit of advice though... do not approach aerial patrol work as simply a "time building" position. It's not the type of flying where you just sit in the seat all day with nothing to do but build time. Take my word for it, there's a lot involved in doing it right.
