Those responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Define a comprehensive plan for the implementation of the pilot agreement
- Identify, log, and analyze potential issues and risk associated with the project
- Evaluate and communicate any changes to current procedures
- Assist with the management of changes to IT systems and applications
- Continuously monitor the status of the project
- Ensure project requirements are achieved prior to the established deadlines
- Define and manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of the project to ensure project success
- Define and manage overall project risk identification and mitigation process through interaction with project constituents
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality. <LI class
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and other software programs.
- Excellent written development and communication skills.
- Be well organized.
- Display initiative and self-motivation.
- Ability to relate well with others.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with frequent changes.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Satisfactory attendance and performance in current position.
- Previous project management experience.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent.
