A headhunter in aviation or do you have other skills? I know of a couple of people using http://www.jet-professionals.com/ they do placements as well as contract work.

I agree with Conquest. Turner Group Services is horrible.

The Barden's at API are the only true corporate headhunters I've heard of. If you don't have a long corp. background I don't know if they can help but it's probably worth a call.
