Anyone stuck in Portland for another day due to icy weather?

Actually, we were able to cancel the principle’s 3PM meeting and were able to get out at 12 noon on Tuesday, right before the snow turned to freezing rain. I told them “well, we can leave at noon or we might be stuck here for a few more days!” Sometimes my crystal ball is all right!

Yep....still here

Still here in PDX....day number 2. Landed yesterday morning and took 15 minutes to taxi from 10R to the cargo ramp. Icy! Supposed to leave tonight but we'll see....

Ryan where do you guys stay? Looks like airport is closed until tommorrow at 5 am. We stay at the Holiday Inn, Downtown.

We're at the Radisson out by the airport. No place to eat except the hotel restaurant. 11 bucks for a hamburger!

Don't have to deal with this mess....

I was on reserve on Tuesday and Wednesday. And I have today and tommorow off. Never got called.

Thank god.

And hey, if you're at the Radisson right next to the airport. Try the Airport cafe right across the street if they're open. They have good food that's reasonable in price.
