We need someone to share a 4200 sf hangar just off the property at Deer Valley. If you are familiar there is a big secure gate where you taxi up to on the NW side, and we have a 70x60 hangar where our Commander 690 will be. The 690 is high wing, and I have kind of stepped it out, but I think a smaller Citation, C90 or a Lear or something that size would be perfect.
The share of rent is reasonable, and there is a good possibility that we have a deal on jet fuel that would make the rent meaningless even if you burn a few hundred gallons a month.
