Sat Flight Departments

I hear Nustar is a great company and flight dept. to work for. Valero i hear from a friend who works there is not the best flight dept. the managers are all very insecure control freaks, you are expected to be a mind reader or something like that to survive there. He tells me you need to act like a spy to succeed, alot of infighting and back stabbing.
I hear AT&T is also a great flight Dept. to work for although the starting salary is too low.

I've heard that NuStar is one of the fast growing companies in San Antonio. The chief pilot there came from Valero and learned a lot about "human relations" in an aviation dept. I think NuStar will be growing it's aviation dept. quickly and I am projecting it will be an excellent place to work. I know that it will be more of a flying position rather than a "look busy" atmosphere.

Is it true that they are in the old Valero Hanger and fly one of the Valero LR-60s? Do they have plans for more aircraft?
