He might be able to fake his ability to get the job, but rest assured they dont teach basic skills in 121 training. If he cant hack it they will wash him with no hesitation. Then good luck trying to get another 121 job. Maybe somewhere like Mesa is more familiar/patient with training less current pilots. Flying freight is good experience.
