anyone hiring Detroit to Grand Rapids?

Lose the frat call sign, college is over. There's plenty of work, in the area. PTK,GRR,YIP all have opportunities for someone will to work.

There's nothing available in GRR, unless your willing to fly for extremely low wages over their at Northern Jet. I'm not even sure if there hiring this week. Maybe next. As a former Western grad my best advice is to move out of state you'll have a better chance to find something decent.

actually I am out of state now. The wife can get better work back in michigan. And as for college is over... if I don't find something better paying soon I will be going back for the engineering degree I should have done in the first place.
What about Meijer? Are they still out of GRR?

Yes Meijer is still out of GRR. I heard they sold the Citation though and only have the 1900. Can not comfirm that though. Just what I heard. You will be better off over on the east side to find something. West side kind of locked up. Good Luck.

Meijer is down to just the 1900 and 3 pilots, talk around town is that they may be trading in the 1900 for a KA350. Doesn't make a whole lotta sense to me, I would think they cost the same to operate. And no they are not hiring.

I'm really trying to avoid the food stamps that Pinnacle would require

I believe Kellogg's hired someone 6-10 months ago, and Eaton I believe is based in Toledo with one 45 in BTL. The bulk of there ops is out of TOL.

Tradewinds Aviation out of PTK is looking for a King Air Captain. I believe they are hiring for 6 months start in the King Air then upgrade to our Hawker fleet.

Murry, Kallita (at least 2 of the 3 versions) and USA Jet are all hiring at YIP. I think Falcon Air (YIP) and some others at PTK are also hiring.
