Yeah, I highly doubt a military pilot turned anyone in for anything at the FAA, they wouldn't even know where to start. The story I read said that the military pilot got through on UHF to tell the controller that VHF was on hot mic with a movie soundtrack.

with the immunity to the FAA the military enjoys, I'd almost bet my left nut that one did...maybe it was the NJ Air Guard, F-16, ACA, Eagle, NYFD, paramedic, 4 year degree in 2.5 years guy that turned them in.
