I believe it was Aviation Partners that tested similar wingtips on the G-1159 series some years ago.....

Hi!

I JUST saw the plane yesterday at EAA and took some photos. The Falcon 50 is labeld "Experimental" on the fuselage. They looked pretty cool to me, and if it is much more efficient, then the planes will be getting them, sooner rather than later.
