I have a pick up in La Paz on the schedule. Any one have any insight on operating in and out of there? We do Cabo, Cancun, Cozumel without handlers and I'm wondering if La Paz is as user friendly as these places.

Thanks

La Paz is easy to get in and out of. I never used a handler in La Paz and had no problems. I showed two hours before departure and had plenty of time. It's been a year since I've been there, but I think I had to go in to town for ice. Went without coffee and picked up Pacificos for the pax instead. Just know it is a long walk from parking into the terminal. Be prepared to hire someone to carry bags if your pax are bringing alot of stuff. Also be prepared to call the US for weather - getting it from the dispather there is hit and miss.

Make sure you take some chocks and other securing devices. Bring your own Prist.

Going to Bahia de los Suenos (or should I call it Bahia de los Muertos)? La Paz never had much traffic in the past until the development picked up.

Been in and out of La Paz a few times this year... the previous thread had it bang on:

1 Get there early
2. Take your own prist
3. Nothing happens in a hurry.... its pretty laid back and if your papers . Registration/Aworthiness cert/Mexican insurance and Pax carriage permits are in order no need to worry about greasing any palms.
