I was wondering if anyone has heard anything about contract negotiations? Also does anyone know their fleet plans? Thanks in advance.

It's been really really quiet around the message boards, company website, and union website lately. I guess no news is good news for now. DogTired are you one of the CHQ furloughs?

There is still no word on call backs however everyone I talk to says that we are very very short on crews and airplanes are still being delivered. Hopefully this won't last much longer. Negotiations start again on Tuesday so we'll see what happens.

GSO is open, 9 lines (min per contract, I think). The best new rumor is that once the contract is settled, there is a United code share in the works. Possibly, EMB-170s. Just rumors though.

That would be great if that came true. United plus the options with Delta would be nice for everyone's seniority. I heard a rumor from a pretty reliable source that we would be getting 60 airplanes (no specific code shares mentioned) once the contract is settled. We'll see what happens.
