Any interviewees out there with some new gouge?

Thanks,

Got this from another crewmember...

The interviews are being conducted pretty much as in the past with a few
differences. During the HR phase (1 pilot manager & 1 HR rep) the candidate
gets a written question survey, before the interview begins, that may or may
not drive some of the questions asked in the interview. One big difference
from before is that they are asking 'scripted' scenario based questions that
don't really have a correct or incorrect answer. They are judgement oriented
and the applicant is graded on how they answer and how they support their
thought process. In a way this is kind of like SVT, in that there are
several different ways to handle the scenarios they give us.

The sims are being conducted in the 727 EFIS, DC8 EFIS and the A-300. Same
basic profile as before. Most technical interview questions will occur
during the sim check.
