Word has it that Midway was going to be forced into Chapter 7 today, Oct. 9th. Anyone know how the court hearing went?

They're gone! This is just a tempoary stay... DW was in CVG today talking at the Comair LEC meeting and said that he was not going to sign the Midway contract because it was BEYOND concessionary and wouldn't continue the race to the bottom, it would be the bottom.
