HR just reviews your online application answers. Nothing technical, just confirming what you answered. If this goes well, you'll move on to the next level: the proctored assessment. Pass that: invitation to interview. Good Luck

Trying to get a handle on the United hiring process -

-Submit app
-Possibly be asked to update times
-Hogan assessment
-Short HR phone interview
-Proctored exam/assessment of some sort
-Invite to interiew

Anybody who's been throught the process lately,
is this correct?

Any info on what this "proctored exam/assessment" has on it? Or is it the same as the Hogan assesment?

Thanks in advance

Southern Cross....more just to head off the questions on phone interviews.

Yes, every phone call is an "interview" but when I went through, they only asked one general question about what makes a good pilot. Everything else was reviewing your application. Don't sweat it, just be friendly and not distracted.

Otherwise, everything else is correct in the process.
