they are very aware of these web sites and have asked which ones you read up on to prepare for the interview...It shows them that you are putting effort into it.

Mind you my experience is three years old. But, after asking what to expect at the interview, Derinda, told me point blank to look up aviationinterviews.com for the latest info on the interview process at the time.
