Any info on Marvin Window's Flight department??

I see Marvin Window's planes out at signature quite a bit. I was just wondering if anybody had any info on their flight department. Minimums, QOL, Pay, schedules, etc.. I googled them and no info on the flight department. I am just curious because I dont hear people ever talking about them
