Any idea about pay at Bombardier demopilots

Does anyone knows about pay and schedule at bombardier demopilots at Bradley airport. Cl604/605, Global ,CL-300

I believe start around 120K or so. OK benefits. They're short pilots pretty much all the time, there's a high turnover. Don't know what schedule is like but probably like any other demo job.
