Hi,

A few years ago I looked into Custom Air charter at Northeast Philly (PNE)

They have navajos, king airs, cheyennes, and a citation. If I remember correctly they have a 40min-1 hour call out and you get 2 days off in a row.

Atlantic Aviation at ILG, I don't know what they operate, but I know they had a GII not to long ago based there.
