I work at Omni, there is a LearJet operation you could check into, I don't know if there is any hiring since it is a separate certificate/pilot group.

From what I hear across the runway from Omni is that they are getting 2 LR-35's. One is here in our hangar getting a heavy inspection done to it. I think its and ond Wal-Mart airplane. I do not know when the next one will be here. Seems like a good place to work. They are very busy. I dont think they have found a CP yet and Burnstine might still be taking apps. If I find out more ill post it

I interviewed with the Lear side, Omni Air Transport, a little over a month ago. I didn't get an offer but it was definitely a top notch operation. The word I got in the interview was that they were takin two additional LR-35s and were looking to crew them. They interviewed pretty hot and heavy right after Memorial Day when I interviewed so I don't know if they are seeking additional pilots at the moment.

I've heard U.S. Aviation is a busy place but they really work their pilots. Good range of A/C and the contacts Hardesty must have must help them out.

Tulsair does some charter as well. Similar to U.S. Aviation in that they stay pretty busy and work new pilots pretty hard.

Air First (I think an earlier reply came from one of their guys) and Airnet (my employer) operate 135 freight out of Sparks. I don't know how many Air First pilots are based here but Airnet only has the one A/C here and I'm sticking around for awhile.

Yeah i'm over at Air 1st we have 6 pilots in Tulsa. Most of the TUL work is ad-hoc freight charter. We do have a sked FRB run out of TUL. It is our home base, so thats why so many pilots and airplanes are here. Also the largest MU-2 MX facility is at our hangar. We have not hired a Tulsa based pilot for 3 years now and it does not look like will be changing, we have a dispatcher who is next in line for an upgrade.

Not at this time. It depends on the Federal Reserve and what they have in store for us. The contracts end next year. SAT and HOU would be most likely assignment for a new pilot. Send a resume in anyways if your interested. [email protected]

Sure do. Pretty cake run, LIT-MEM-LIT. Just hired someone permenetly over there about 8 months ago. From what he tells me he plans on staying for at least a couple of years.
