Any Changes to Frontier Interview???

Hey all, It took so long in comming that i am getting caught a little flat footed with my interview opportunity at Frontier. After 2 1/2 years of my inside guys not getting me anywhere, I get a call from out of no where. Have there been any updates on what to expect at the interview. Reccomendations on how to prepare and somehow get relaxed??
