but the comment about ACA's "....unique, priceless history...'' is interesting. There was a "price".....it was $10,500 for an FO job as late as 1999. No mention of why the company started, I recall it was because Air Wisconsin was purchused by UAL and then practically dismembered. The "need" for a new regional came at AWAC's expense. BTW How come there is no link to the April 99 Forbes JO article "Can a Leopard Change its Spots" recalling, amoung other things, the 6 brokerage firms JO was fired from in 7 years, for Stock Churning, wire fraud etc?
