First with FracCapt, You were banned from the board for not providing you contact information that is a requirement from all of the pilots on the board. You gained access early after the board was set up and when I discovered we have no contact info for you, you were given the opportunity to rectify this situation and you chose not to be a member of the board under the established requirement we maintain. There was no personal issue with me or anyone else as you have attempted say. You are welcome back at any time all it takes is complying with the same requirements that the rest of us 396 pilots have had to comply with.

You claim to have "set the record straight"....but now I'll tell "the rest of the story".

I signed on to the Options IBT board during its infancy. Before I signed on, I spoke with Grizz regarding some concerns I had about signing onto that board and posting there. After speaking with Grizz, I signed onto the board and he verified my position with FLOPS, allowed me access, and "removed identity data from the server" as you guys claim.

I had posted on the IBT board for a couple weeks, IIRC, and as soon as my opinion differed from yours and your cronies you PM'd me and said that you don't have my contact info, and I must provide it immediately or be deleted. I told you I had already provided my contact info to Grizz. You then PM'd me with my first and last name, which indicates you HAD THE NECESSARY INFO. You told me that because of my opinion, I must prove I am who I say I am by providing ALL my contact info to you, or be deleted. As I told you and Grizz....I provided Grizz with my info initially, and you later decided that was not good enough. I even told you that YOU OR GRIZZ could call me, or call me on a 3 way call(which Grizz volunteered to do, but you declined) to verify I am who I say I am. I refused to provide YOU with my info for a SECOND time because I didn't, at the time, trust you. I also told you what I think of you, personally. I don't need to prove that I know exactly who you are....because I already did so privately to you, and I refuse to call you out publicly by name because management would then know who you are. So, you suspended my account. Boo-fukin-hoo.

Care to refute it? Go ahead. Make sure to get Grizz involved since he was in on it initially. I spoke with him several times, at length, regarding this...and before this ever happened.

As I said....I don't like you on a personal level. I'm sure you can figure out why. That said, I appreciate the job you've done thus far. I have backed the Union for a long time, and will continue to do so through the vote. At that point, I hope that you do not become part of the MEC, just based on my personal views of you.

This isn't Grizz's call obviously, it isn't his pilot group, Griz is an MEC committee member for Net JetsIt's obvious why he didn't want to call you, he doesn't want you to know who you are.

That's an aweful hard head you got, there. I bet if you e-mailed [email protected] the contact information that everybody else provided HIM, you would be re-instated. Why should you be special?

Bullsh!t. He never asked for an email address. I would have given that, because it does not identify me in any way. Hell, I even would have given him my BB email address....as he already knew my FULL NAME anyways.

As I said, end of story. You can rectify it if you choose, I gave you the e-mail address if you want to do it, and I doubt Phoenix would deny you access if you did that. The choice has always been yours.
